Empty kitchen cabinets and wipe out / reorganize $7 per single cabinet $9 per double door cabinet

Vacuuming furniture and under cushions         $10 

Wet washing bathroom walls per room                    $10

Removing black mold buildup from grout in shower $25 

Additional Full Bathrooms $35 each [flat rate]

Over flowing sink of dirty dishes for hand washing $20

Grout Cleaning (Hand or spot cleaning) ( per hour) $30-$40

*You can incur up-charges on the standard clean if your tub/shower requires a deep clean or Baseboards require a deep clean upon initial clean. 

*If the establishment is "filthy" we will not be able to continue your quote under the standard or deep clean pricing. Your service would be upgraded to a filth clean

*Cleaning Blinds price based on condition/type and size. $10-$30 per blind.
